Overview

This stunning period building is namechecked in a Dickens novel – but its workspaces and facilities are nothing short of state-of-the-art.

This beautiful period building – once an Augustinian Friary – is now renowned as one of the capital’s finest workspaces. Enviably located in the heart of London’s financial district, and having recently undergone a complete refurbishment, it’s no wonder entrepreneurs and start-ups alike are keen to secure space here. Boasting beautiful contemporary design throughout, from stylish private offices and meeting rooms to light-filled co-working areas, Austin Friars also benefits from state-of-the-art technology and connectivity, with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Ideally located, the centre is just a short walk from Liverpool Street Station as well as Bank and Moorgate tube lines and Bank Station Poultry bus station (stop K). And you won’t be short of opportunities for recreation – the nearby Royal Exchange, with its range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is ideal for entertaining both clients and colleagues, while the Bank of England Museum and British Red Cross Society Museum & Archives are local attractions well worth a visit. If you’re yearning for some green space, Finsbury Circus Gardens and Saint Dunstan in the East church garden are beautiful options within walking distance.
